January Highlights

It is hard to believe the first month of 2015 is over- January went fast! I love blogging here at Muscles & Munchkins and January was a great month.  If you are new to my blog, browse around, leave some comments and check out what was hot this month by reading my top 5 posts of January.

January Fit Parent {Working Mom of Four}

No surprise here that Heather was the most popular post of the month- she is inspiring.  If you haven’t checked her out, don’t wait.  She is an incredible mother who respects her health and her body and is setting a great example for her 4 boys.

New Year, New Goals {2015}

Sharing my goals for myself and my family is a way for me to hold myself accountable.  I love sitting down with my husband and setting goals for the year and I was excited to be able to share them with my readers this year.  Head on over and check them out if you missed them.

Body After Baby {4 Months}

Sharing my health and fitness journey after having a baby is very important to me.  My goal is to help other moms know that it is a marathon, not a sprint and that it takes time.  I may never look like I did before I had M, but I am okay with that- I am proud of what my body has done and what it continues to do.

A mom's journey to lose her baby weight and take fitness to a whole new level. It is a marathon, not a sprint.

 Friday’s Five Favorites #15

I always love sharing my favorites each Friday- check them out.  On this 15th edition I shared an awesome partner AMRAP that will be sure to make you and your partner sweat.

This leg focused Partner AMRAP is a great way to work those legs and increase that heart rate. Click on the picture to visit Muscles and Munchkins for more details about this workout you will love, hate or love to hate.

 Buffalo Chicken Chili

Football season may be over, but you will want to save or Pin this recipe for next year.  This healthy chili recipe has been a hit in many recipes for game day- or any day.  I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

If you missed them, make sure you check out my top 5 posts from January.  I hope to bring you even more in February.  As a part of my New Year’s goal, I am still working on that time management piece and figuring out this whole blogging world while still making sure I am doing my #1 job: MOM.
