I am thrilled to announce my very first online bootcamp as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer: Summer STRONG! The registration for this bootcamp is now open, spots are limited and it is filling up fast.
I have spent the last couple of weeks testing out some of the workouts for this group and I am confident that the women in my group will get the results they are looking for to start their summer off on the right foot. This program will build strength while helping you feel great and have the energy to keep up with all the activities that summer has to offer.
Last summer I changed my training: I took out so much cardio, I added in heavier weights, I added in metabolic conditioning and I got incredible results. I was feeling the best I have felt in years and was stronger, faster and had more energy to keep up with my kids and live my God-given purpose each and every day. THIS bootcamp… well, it is going to do the same for you!
As women and mothers, sometimes it is hard to be selfish and take care of ourselves, but we have to- we must. It is time to stop making excuses and to take care of yourself and work on your fitness and nutrition. Working on this aspect of your life is not selfish: you must take care of you before you can take care of anyone else.
The number one excuse for not having a fitness routine is… TIME. Stop using time or any other factor as an excuse. This online program will challenge you, it will hold you accountable and it will leave you feeling great and ready to stay the path.
Each week you will have five workouts delivered to your inbox. We will focus on interval training, building strength, and metabolic conditioning. Each week’s workouts will be accompanied by workout videos. Form checks will be available for all participants at their request.
The workouts will be tough, they will leave you sweating and you will see and feel results. The workouts in this program can be done at home or in a gym. You will need a range of dumbbells and at least 50 yards, which can be your street.

What does it mean to “eat clean” anyways? This topic is thrown around all time and in this group we are going to learn how to eat clean… and enjoy it. I will be walking all my online bootcamp members through the foundations of eating clean by using the teachings of the wonderful Tosca Reno.
We will share our clean meals each day and strive to make them better. And don’t worry, we will share some yummy, clean treats too and learn about balance.
When I ran a test group, this is what a participant had to say, “Before this I wasn’t eating enough- I definitely didn’t eat that many veggies a day before this or water- my sugar cravings are minimal- I don’t own scales (it truly is a deep dark hole for me) – I just go by how my clothes fit- and my jeans are feeling good! I am having way more energy to keep up serve my family!”
Accountability & Motivation
The accountability and motivation from this online bootcamp will be the game change for you. There will be daily and weekly check-ins. You will measure your progress, report on your goals and share it in our supportive group community. I will hold you accountable to sticking to your plan and meeting your goals and the participants will be your best cheerleaders.
