Summer time is busy. As a mom of three kids under the age of 5 I understand that it is hard to fit your workouts in and make fitness a priority. I know that summer months can be even more difficult getting in workouts, eating healthy and making time for yourself when you are with your littles all day, everyday. My Summer Strong Online Bootcamp was a hit last summer and helped many moms stay on track during the summer and I want to do the same for you this summer!
