Back to Fitness begins on Monday, September 12th. If your health and fitness has taken the back seat it is time to get BACK TO FITNESS with my 4-week online bootcamp. Beginning on Monday, September 12th you will be challenged with effective workouts and nutrition tips and tricks that will help you get the results you want and feel better. This 4 week program will include 5 NEW workouts per week PLUS nutrition advice and clean eating challenges. The accountability piece includes daily and weekly check-ins and one-on-one and group coaching.
Strong-HER begins on Monday, September 19th. This signature online bootcamp combines muscle building workouts, high intensity interval training and metabolic conditioning for a 6 week program that will leave you stronger, faster, with more energy and feeling the best you’ve felt. When it comes to nutrition, I will meet you where you are and help you improve your nutrition by counting macros or portions. I will give you weekly meal ideas and help you feel your best each week. This is the last time this year this program will be offered and I know it will give you the results you have been looking for.
