As 2015 winds down, I thank you for being a reader of this little space of mine. I have compiled a list of 15 most popular posts in 2015. Take a look: some may have been before you became a reader, some you might have missed, and some might surprise you.
Top 15 Blog Posts
Although I consider myself mainly a fitness blogger I like that not all of my popular posts are fitness related. I love sharing with you about my day-to-day life, things I feel strongly about and the lives of my people in my community too.
I’d love to know what posts you have loved and what posts you can do with out. Leave a comment and let me know what you like, don’t like and what you want to see more of in 2016. I welcome and appreciate your feedback. Now, let’s get to that list…
15. Kids & Sports: When Is The Right Time
This controversial post made the top 15 posts of 2015. I got some push back from some friends and others and that is okay. Check it out and let me know your thoughts.
14. Beyond Cereal
Want some quick breakfast ideas that don’t include cereal? Check out this post! And since this was so popular, I am making a goal to do more posts like this one. We can all use some inspiration in the kitchen.
13. FitParent: No Excuse Mom of 3
Tracy is one of my favorite FitParents on Muscles and Munchkins because she has become a great friend of mine and a reliable workout partner. Check out her story! Here is a hint: she is new to this fit title.
I loved writing this post and I am sure if you haven’t read it, you will enjoy it too. It is all about doing what is best for your family and not judging the food choices of others.
11. Jillian Michels Inspired Cardio Sculpt Workout
3-2-1 is one of my favorite workout formats and it seems that others love it too. Make sure you pin this workout for later: it incorporates strength, cardio and core for a real muscle burner.
I took a leap of faith when starting my fitness challenges and I am so glad I did. Not only have I been able to help so many on their fitness journey, so many have read the post about it too. I wrote this after my first challenge and have since run 6 more- and I am starting one on MONDAY! Do you want in? There is still room. Email me: [email protected]
Often times I struggle with sharing a little bit of me on the blog since this is a health, fitness and mommy blog. Seeing this post in the top 10 made me realize that my readers don’t mind and appreciate a personal post here and there.
I love reading this post and something we all need to read. I hope I inspired people to give up the scale and use something else to measure their health and fitness success. I’d love to know: did you?
7. Trainer Talk: Fitness Myths
This may have been my favorite post of 2015 because I learned so much from reading it. It was an honor to have personal trainer and fellow fitmom, Sara, share some fitness myths with us. Her knowledge is powerful!
It is no surprise that not one but two of my “Body After Baby” posts made the list. There is something about being honest about your weight that attracts readers. I hope I inspired some to be patient and enjoy the journey.
5. Better For You Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
My favorite cookies makes the top five and I am thrilled! I worked quite hard to turn this recipe into a healthy version. Make sure you pin this for next fall.
The fourth most visited page on Muscles and Munchkins is the “workout page”. This is where you can go to find all of the workouts I have written: at home, no equipment, running workouts and gym workouts. Be sure to visit this and Pin your favorite one. You can find them over on Pinterest too!
3. FitParent, Jenny: The Crossfit Mom
I loved sharing Jenny’s story for so many reasons. If you haven’t checked out this post, you need to. It is no surprise that she is my third most popular post- she is inspiring!
It is no shock that a “Body After Baby” post was the top one of the year. I loved sharing this journey with you and appreciated all the support and positive encouragement. I am thrilled that I get to share one more pregnancy and post partum journey with you all.
Wow, what a list! It is cool for me to see all these posts compiled. I love writing and I love that you are reading. Let me know what you want you want more of and what else you’d like to read. I look forward to showing you how I “lift more than my kids” in 2016 and how I aspire to be better in all areas of life and encourage you too.
Your turn- tell me!
What post did you love that isn’t here?
What do you want more of in 2016?
Are there any things I am not covering that you would like me to?

Great list! I love looking through other blogger’s top posts. I never saw your post on sports. I totally agree with you. My son is signed up for some activities, but it mostly so I can get out of the house and talk to other people haha.
