I am in absolute awe of the support and encouragement from each and every one of you.  I love to write, I love learning & sharing all things health & fitness related, and I love marrying those two passions through this little blog of mine.  For so many years, everyday I would I read blog and would say to myself, “I just want to have a blog people actually read some day.”  Having a blog was a dream of mine and because you read my blog, you have made my dream a reality- thank you.

Since my very first post in August, this blog has grown and I love sharing and inspiring healthy living for myself and my family through my posts and my Facebook page.  Thank you for being a part of my beginning and I look forward to what 2015 has to bring for Muscles & Munchkins.

Here are my 10 most popular posts of 2014:

1. Body After Baby- This series on Max’s growth & development, losing my baby weight, returning to my fitness routine and how I am eating tops the charts each month.  I really enjoy sharing this journey with my readers.  It is important for me to share what is realistic after having a baby: I am not a celebrity, I am not a figure pro, and I understand it can and will take several months.  You can read my various posts here: Body After Baby {1 month}, Body After Baby {2 Months}, Body After Baby {3 Months}

2. Stop the Debate: Stay At Home Mom vs. Working Mom- This was my first BIG post.  I was amazed by the number of likes and shares I received from this post.  It seems that this topic really hit home with many women.  If you haven’t read it, head on over and take a look.

3.  Holiday Gift Guide for the Fitmom- I loved putting this post of fitness related items for the women in your life.  Although the holidays are over, Pin this post for future reference.  These gifts would be good for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Birthdays or next year’s Christmas.
